Short-Term Running Goals:

 

  1. I will be top 25 at the SEC conference Meet in XC .
  2. I will score at the SEC conference meet in track for the 5K and the 10k.
  3. I will run 17:30 and sub 37:00 respectively.
  4. I will compete in the NCAA meet for Cross Country next fall.

 

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to eventually compete in marathons competitively and continue to enjoy running and staying in shape my entire life.

Personal:

I run for the University of Florida and I will be a Sophmore Fall 2010.

I have always dreamed of owning my own restaurant.

I am engaged to another runner on the team.

End of my first track season. I am feeling really rundown both mentally and physically. I really let my injury get into my head and prevent me from training competitively. Looking forward to starting to train for Cross Country.

Worst workout of my life. Coach pulled me out and told me to call it a season. I know he is right. I just have no motivation right now and I feel exhausted all the time. I can't wait for summer.
